  6. It is widdling it down here at the moment and blowing a living gale, otherwise we'd be enjoying a lovely barbecue in a local park with a lake and swans. Very jealous!

  7. Obviously (and literally in this case) the grass is always greener. I'd suffer some rainy days for a lake with swans... And, as we don't have rain from May till October, I yearn for the cool wet stuff around this time of year.

  10. Thanks Jazzy - the triangular pieces of pastry are the remains of a cheese burekas (see my previous post - though these were shop ones). DD likes to break them open and lick out the cheese from the inside.

  13. Yes Jane and Becky - they were burekas but shop bought ones - opened up and the cheese eaten out of the muddle!
